Individuals. Teams. Families. Small groups. Large Organizations – Often it simply comes down to resilience.
Resilience is the ability to bounce-back quickly – and fully – from periods of intense stress and challenge, significant setbacks, or successes, change and adversity, and, just as importantly – the strain and intensity of doing “day-to-day” business in the modern world.
The skills needed to consistently perform well in challenging circumstances, individually and collaboratively, without becoming burned-out – doesn’t develop as a matter of luck or chance – but rather, are the result of a repeatable and learnable formula that can be applied to a broad range of circumstances and environments.
These workshops introduce three specific cognitive strategies, effective skills and techniques, and an effective overall construct adapted from Performance, Crisis and Sport Psychology, and that can be applied to addressing a broad range of individual and organisational challenges – and achieving specific goals.
