I’m Edmond Otis. I combine East-West disciplines with cutting edge research, and an unblinking appreciation of human nature – to create dynamic content, effective strategies, and actual solutions to today’s most challenging professional, personal and inter-personal challenges. Fundamentally, I’m most interested in impacting the endless of ways that thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationships – impact our performance, our health, and our quality of life.
