As a results focused motivational speaker, I do more than simply share motivational stories, funny insights and cutting-edge information. I motivate audiences to be fearless. Not in the sense of taking unnecessary risks or acting out of character, but fe arless in its truest sense; to focus on a goal clearly, strategise effectively, communicate persuasively and act decisively when results are important and outcomes matter. I have a hands-on approach that combines cutting edge research, real world applications and classic martial art strategies to address our most difficult personal, professional and organisational challenges.

AACT-NOW provides cutting edge training workshops and seminars proven to help managers, supervisors, and coworkers improve their workplace communication skills, fine-tune anger management strategies, and establish well-defined workplace conflict resolution techniques.
Our training seminars focus on four key areas: Awareness; Attitude; Communication; Training. This approach is proven to keep morale high, stress low, conflict at a minimum, and improve interoffice relationships. The result is a healthy and productive workplace environment where turnover is at a minimum, and teamwork is optimized.

Personal

Unique Background

Edmond has a unique background. A licensed psychotherapist, author, and former senior lecturer at the University of California, Riverside, he was twice recipient of the University Distinguished Teaching award, holding positions across Humanities, and as Director of Martial Arts in Athletics. As of 2024 he divides his time between the US and Australia, after serving as a senior lecturer in the School of Health and Sport Science at the Eastern Institute of Technology, in New Zealand, and consulting with the Ministries of Health, Education, & Sport.
